Acarious group Uganda limited is a private limited liability company, that was started in 2014 as a small-scale commercial business by Dr. Senjokyo Marcarious Austine dealing in confectionery products and baked products i.e., cakes, muffins, samosas Etc.
With a great vision to build an infrastructural and economic development, he was able to expand this small business into a diverse company trading as Acarious Company limited which was registered in 2015.
ACL was a service-based company linking clients to new and used cars from Japan in partnership with Be Forward jp. It later expanded into tours and travel plus, logistics. Following an economic recession in 2017, ACL did not survive due to extrinsic and intrinsic factors, and had to close offices and business for a year.
In 2018, October, Dr. Marcarious the vision bearer with his partner Dr. Patrick Machokozi, managed to re-open the company, but now in a new venture trading as Acarious allied industries limited, which was a small-scale, cottage industry selling honey.
In 2019 the company developed new brand that broke the business to even, called Real® peanut brand (peanut butter, sauce powder and cakes). Since then the company has diversified into a home consumptions commodity manufacturing house.
In 2020, new companies where opened such as Atronz media& printing Co. and Home renovation Uganda.

Acarious group is now a fully diversified group with over 20 subsidiaries, with 4 companies under operation and others in project setup.
